Chow Kok Fong, LLB (Hons), BSc (Bldg)(Hons), MBA, FRICS, FCIS, FCIArb, FSIArb, FSProjM 

Chow Kok Fong is a Chartered Arbitrator and currently practices as a mediator, arbitrator and adjudicator. He has been appointed to arbitration tribunals under ICC Rules and Rules of the SIAC as well as Dispute Adjudication Boards. He has been appointed adjudicator and review adjudicator in respect of more than 52 matters under the Singapore Security of Payment and Construction Adjudication Act. He has written a very well received book entitled Security of Payments and Construction Adjudication, published by LexisNexis, which is now in its Second Edition.


Lim Chong Fong, LLB (Hons) BSc (Bldg)(Hons) LLM, CIP, FCIOB, FRICS, FRISM, FCIArb 

Lim Chong Fong started his career as a quantity surveyor. He worked in a construction firm in Singapore from 1985 to 1990 before he started his career in legal practice. He was admitted as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1988. From November 1991, he practised in Messrs Azman, Davidson & Co. principally in construction law and arbitration. He became a Partner of Azman Davidson & Co in 1994.


Oon Chee Kheng, LLB (Hons), MBA, BEng (Civil), CIP, PEng, FIEM, FCIArb, FMIArb 

Oon Chee Kheng holds a bachelor degree in civil engineering (BEng), a bachelor degree in law (LLB Hons) and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). He is a former Vice President of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia besides holding other posts in the said Institution. He was admitted to the High Court in Malaya as an advocate and solicitor in 1995 and is currently a member of various committees in the Bar Council such as the Sub-Committee on Arbitration and the Sub-Committee on Construction Law.
